“OChella” 2023 Origin Energy Staff Party.

It started with a grand idea from Origin - to create a larger-than-life festival-themed staff party with all the trimmings. We had the perfect venue in mind to execute their theme (and then some).

We rolled out the red carpet and stacked their event with entertainers, musicians and acts that brought the vibe of a three-day festival to a 6-hour party for their guests to roam, eat, play and watch with their families. Working closely with Origin and Event Society, we took the reins in curating a musical experience for this event, unlike anything they could have expected for a staff party.

Eat Street Northshore was the perfect backdrop to facilitate the event, which had multiple stages in action for our two 9-piece bands and more fun installations and food vendors for Origin’s 1,700 staff members and their families to enjoy. We sourced and coordinated the DJs, and bands and curated their set lists for just the right atmosphere and handled all the logistics, including bump-in and sound checks - we even supplied a drum kit to ensure a smooth and simple changeover between the bands. What resulted was a night to remember and one to beat next year!
